- 1 pound hamburger (not in above picture)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bottle of your favorite jarred sauce – my favorite is Ragu Robusto Sautéed Onions & Garlic
- Hunts Tomato Sauce with roasted garlic
- McCormick Spaghetti seasoning packet
Brown the hamburger and onion together. I also like to add a little Lawry’s seasoning salt at this point as well. Once brown drain the grease. Add the Schillings seasoning packet and mix in well. Add the Hunts tomato sauce and Ragu sauce and mix together. Let simmer for just a bit.
At this point you can do many things. If I am using for Spaghetti sauce I will add a can of sliced mushrooms (drained). Or you can use this as the base for your Lasagna or Baked Ziti – so many possibilities!
