It’s the week of Halloween! On of my favorite times of year!! My menu is a bit different this week to work around our Halloween plans this week. So this is what I am hoping to prepare for my family this week. Hopefully this will give you some ideas when you make your meal plan for the week.
Monday(Italian Night): Toasted Meatball Sandwich

Tuesday (Mexican Night): Chipolte Chicken Wrap from Memories by the Mile
Wednesday: Church Halloween Party! Yea! I was asked to be bring soup. I am planning on bringing Shannon’s Baked Potato Soup
Thursday: Cream Cheese Chicken Over Rice from Artsy Fartsy Mama
served with my Cheddar Bacon Roasted Asparagus from Summer Scraps
Friday: Usually I grill on Fridays but not this week. With it being Halloween we are planning some finger foods, hot chocolate and a fun movie before/after I take the kids Trick or Treating.
Saturday (Pizza Night): Football Pizza from Summer Scraps
Sunday (Comfort Food): French Dip Sandwiches from Pretty Providence
Breakfast Idea: This Easy Strawberry Freezer Jam from TaDa’s Kooky Kitchen would be perfect on some homemade bread or scones!
After school Snack: Black Bean & Corn Salsa from Lori’s Culinary Creations
Desserts: I usually make one or two treats a week. Great for a family night then added to lunches for special treats!
